Project Description : In February 2012, Changchun High-tech City Construction Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. conducted a public bidding for the BOT project of the construction, operation and transfer of Changde New District Wastewater Treatment Plant in Changchun High-tech Zone. In April 2012, we won the bid and signed a franchise agreement with the government. After the expiration of the 30-year operation period, we will hand over to the Management Committee of Changde New District unconditionally. The project aims to improve the sewage infrastructure in the new district by building the Changde New District sewage treatment plant project, unify the sewage discharge and treatment, and reduce the environmental load. The construction of the project meets the requirements of the national environmental protection policy and the development planning of the new district, and meets the needs of surrounding users. Further accelerating the process of regional development planning is of great significance for promoting regional economic and social development.
